Civilian: building an evidence-based version
Why this matters. The red team wins not by guessing a single black player but by agreeing on hypotheses that can be checked.
What to do. Keep a matrix: player, suspicions, defence, vote, change of position. For each supposed black player, ask: who supported them, and who benefits if they leave?
Consider the alternative.
How it sounds. "My version is two and nine together. But if nine is red, then explaining six's vote becomes harder. So first I will clarify six."
Practice. Go through three votes and build two competing versions.
Typical mistakes. Treating agreement as proof of being red, or not updating hypotheses.
