What we collect and why
- When you write to us by email: your name, address and your message. We use them to answer you. We keep them for as long as needed to deal with your request and a reasonable time afterwards.
- When you come to an evening: we may keep your name and contact details for booking and for safety. The announcement for each evening says which data we need.
- Photos and video: see the photo and video policy.
- This website: it has no registration forms, no cookies, no advertising trackers and no analytics that identify you. See Cookies. As with any website, the hosting server records technical details of requests (for example the page address and time).
Hosting
The website is hosted by a provider of static website hosting, which processes technical request data as our processor. We check the data storage terms against the provider's documents.
Other platforms
Our groups and pages on Telegram, Instagram and TikTok are run by those companies under their own rules. Please read their privacy policies. We do not control what they collect.
Legal basis
We use your data to answer your message and to run the evenings you ask to join (legitimate interest and, where needed, your consent). We ask for consent before publishing photos where people can be recognised.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you your data, correct it, delete it or limit its use, and you can object to its use. Write to info@fortunaelite.club. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
Changes
We will change this notice when we start to use new tools, such as a form or analytics, and we will say so on this page.
