A civilian's first speech

What to do. First state how sure you are, then give one fact from someone else's speech, its possible explanation and your plan for further observation. Do not try to look all-knowing.

How it sounds. I am number 4. So far I have no checks. Number 7 called number 2 black but did not explain why. I want to hear the arguments of number 7 and see how number 2 answers them. For now I am not naming anyone as definitely black.

Exercise. The learner gives a 45 to 60 second speech. A partner marks which statements can be checked and which are guesses.
