Boulevard Mafia (Cartel) decks by number of players
This is not a limit of the game: you can play with any number of players from 8 if the host approves the deck by hand. For 20 or more players a second assistant host is recommended, and above 24 players it is better to split the game into two tables for the pace. The host does not count as a player.
The decks below are club presets, not a mathematically proven balance. All of them include the Putana from 10 players.

Swaps and exceptions
- In decks with extra Mafia roles, the host replaces an ordinary mafioso with a Lawyer or a Blackmailer without increasing the number of Mafia players.
- For 8 players the Putana can be included instead of one citizen, but that deck is tested separately.
- For more than 30 players the deck is approved by hand, and the host warns the participants about the length of the game.
